This series consists of the collection bill analysis register (Form 5-772) for Haskell Institute. Entries on the register sheets include the date, bill number, reference, code number, debits (general and trust accounts receivable), general fund receipts, trust obligations, miscellaneous (symbol and amount). There is a section for credits but no information is listed. The end of the volume contains the "Report of Outstanding Bills Receivable" and includes information on date of bill, bill number, name of debtor, fund symbol, purpose of bill, amount of bill (less than 60 days, more than 60 days), address of debtor, and prospects of effecting collection.
